He has more than 15 years of experience working with law firms, government and corporations worldwide on software development and consulting projects involving automation and operational best practices.
Peter J. Neary, Ph.D., Founder of Peter J. Neary & Associates and Co-Chair of AndersoNeary Associates. He was a moving force behind Leadership at the Peak, a program for top-level executives developed by the Center for Creative Leadership. In addition to his work with law firms and corporate law departments, Dr. Neary is currently providing senior executive leadership coaching for several prominent financial services (e.g., private equity, venture capital, hedge funds) firms and for key members of the senior leadership of the U.S. Army.
Deborah Novachick, President, Strategic Automation Consulting, San Francisco, California. Novachick has more than 20 years in the field of law office automation consulting, specializing in legal industry strategic automation planning, system selection and implementation.
Stephen (Pete) Peterson, President of the accounting and advisory firm, Maxfield Peterson & Richards and Managing Director of the firm's specialty practice, the Law Firm Business Institute. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver College of Law. Peterson held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Hildebrandt International and was the Director of Administration and Chief Financial Officer with two large law firms.
Lorri T. Salyards, CLM, Executive Director of Moye White, LLP, Denver, Colorado. Salyards has more than 18 years of experience in legal administration, including human resource management, and is a published author of legal-related articles in various publications, including ALA Management EncyclopediaSM.
Rachel Schaming, Director of Human Resources at Radiology, Ltd., a Tucson, Arizona based imaging company. Schaming speaks internationally on organizational management concerns. Her career has included human resource positions at NASA/Houston, The Medical Center/Houston, two New York City law firms and a technology company. She is also a Past President of the Association of Legal Administrators and a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management.
Ronald L. Seigneur, MBA, CPA/ABV, CVA, is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver College of Law where he teaches Financial Management and Applied Leadership and Management Theory in the Master of Science in Legal Administration program. Seigneur is a fellow of the College of LawPractice Management and a senior partner of Seigneur Gustafson Knight in Lakewood, Colorado.
